I’ve had the pleasure of purchasing 2 hats from Hope! One custom and one premade design. Both experiences have been amazing and both hats are stunning!! The custom was just that. Every step felt very personalized. She spent time talking with me about design, going over the band and wild rags she has available, types of flourishes and bead we could add, etc. She even messaged progress pics and we would pivot and change based on my wants. And the end product is just lovely. I couldn’t be happier and have gotten so many compliments on both!! Looking forward to more!

The quality of these hats are wonderful and the attention detail and designs are absolutely amazing! My husband likes to tell me that I am a little extra as is and with these hats he just laughs and shakes his head (in the best way.)
