REFUND / SHIPPING POLICY

Return Hat Policy: All hat sales are final, but if there are unforseeable complications that arise from shipping or fitment issues please reach out via email hippieranchcreations@gmail.com - IF A HAT IS ACCEPTED AS A RETURN/EXCHANGE (on a case by case basis) IT MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX ALONG WITH THE INVOICE (you may keep the thank you card :), no make up marks, free of odor, and pet hair. So be careful when opening the box! Once the hat is returned in satisfactory condition to HRC a refund/exchange will be issued.- We do not offer refunds on stickers, DTF prints, accessories, or MYSTERY GRAPHIC TEES

- Refund policy on OUTERWEAR & BOTTOMS: If your item is returned within 14 business days after delivered. The item must be free of smoke, holes, pet hair, and not worn or washed. Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. Once the item is accepted a store credit will be issued.
