Care instructions: If the hat gets scuffs on it gently brush the surface of the hat using a magic eraser. Hats should not be dry cleaned or washed!
Shipping: Most hats will be shipped within 1-2 business days by UPS or FedEx unless it's a custom order. Custom order shipping times are to be determined.
Return Policy: All hat sales are final, but if there are unforseeable complications that arise from shipping or fitment issues please reach out via email email@example.com - IF A HAT IS ACCEPTED AS A RETURN/EXCHANGE (on a case by case basis) IT MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX ALONG WITH THE INVOICE (you may keep the thank you card :), no make up marks, free of odor, and pet hair. So be careful when opening the box! Once the hat is returned in satisfactory condition to HRC a refund/exchange will be issued.
Hat drops are posted every week on Saturdays at 7pm cst (unless stated otherwise.) You can refer to our drop schedule in the website or send mea message!

Hat cost depends on material and how much of the hat is covered in design. This can range anywhere from $85-$500.
Customs will be open at the end of October 2023!
HRC DOES NOT RECOMMEND reshaping any hats they offer. If you reshape the hat and want to return it WILL NOT be accepted as a return as the hat is damaged.
If you have any questions about sizing you can always contact me! Refund policy on GRAPHIC TEES : Your item must be returned within 14 business days of reciept. The item must be free of smoke, holes, pet hair, and not worn or washed and in the original packaging. Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. Once the item is accepted a store credit will be issued. If you're returning an item please contact me first firstname.lastname@example.org
We are not responsible for wrong addresses so please ensure the shipping address is correct. If you list the incorrect address please contact me ASAP (@ email@example.com) and I can change the address as long as it has not been delivered yet. No refunds or store credits will be issued, if the incorrect address is provided to HRC. If the shipping carrier loses your package let me know ASAP so that I can get the issue resolved.
If your items shipping container appears damaged please document with pictures before you open that package. Continue to take pictures as you open to inspect the items and please email us firstname.lastname@example.org with the pictures so that we can resolve the issue for you.
